M/s Lotus Mobiles is a multi-brand retail chain Founded in 2004 Aug 10th Headed & Managed by Mr. Devarala Venkata Suresh and Mr. Devarala Venkata Sateesh, the brand has come a long way from its beginnings with a focus on “Relationship With Trust” as the prime mantra to where there are today.

Objectives:
Create a resilient eCommerce platform capable of accommodating the growing product inventory and expanding customer base.

Challenges:
– The client already possessed a straightforward e-commerce website on ECWID, necessitating a seamless migration of existing products, inventory values, and customer data.
– The project entailed implementing two distinct delivery models: Intercity and Intracity, each with dedicated delivery partners.
– Initiated shortly after the COVID-19 lockdown, the project became crucial as all 20+ of our client’s offline stores were compelled to close. Transitioning to online sales became the primary means of generating revenue. Consequently, completing the project within a tight timeframe was of paramount importance.

Solution:
– To meet the traffic demands, we chose WooCommerce as the backend and transferred the hosting to KINSTA.
– Leveraging our expertise in WooCommerce, we skillfully customized the settings, successfully implementing the necessary configurations for delivery. Additionally, we developed a PINCODE AVAILABILITY CHECKER, allowing customers to obtain estimated delivery dates before placing their orders.
– With unwavering dedication, our entire development team focused on this project. Within a remarkably short span of 20-25 working days, the fully operational WooCommerce system, complete with previous products, inventories, and customer data, was up and running.
