Yuva Kanaja

A compendium of all Youth related schemes from the Government of Karnataka.

Brought to the public by the Dept. of Youth Empowerment & Sports in association with the Centre for Public Health, Dept. of Epidemiology, NIMHANS, Bengaluru.

Objective:
The main objective was to create a website with an entirely original UI and UX that was responsive, multilingual (English and Kannada), entertaining, intuitive, and youthful. Once the programme is started, people ought to be able to easily relate to its main objective. Additional considerations included the speed at which the page loaded, security, and maximum uptime.

Challenge:
The website had 542 number of pages to be added in Kannada, and 542 number of pages to be added in English making a total of 1084 pages. The client had already tried and failed building it using custom stack as content management was becoming too complex.

Solution:
For the site, we came up with a straightforward, refined, and fresh user interface design.
WordPress CMS was selected because of the complexity of the data. We worked in two shifts to complete the page construction so that the project could go online on schedule.

Results:
We finally had a beautiful multi-lingual website which was appreciated by each and everyone. We also recieved a special appreciation from the NIMHANS team and Karnataka State Govt.
